We are a small company owned
by Richard Seegmiller, operated initially as a subchapter 'S' corp., with the help of his family. Richard Seegmiller is the CEO of Funcraft, and has provided
concept and design services to this industry, beginning in 1984. Richard was engineering manager at Denney Aerocraft, a Nampa, Idaho
manufacturer of the highly acclaimed 'KITFOX' home built aircraft kit. During this time, Richard provided new product development
and procurement management. Production regularly exceeded fifty (50) aircraft kits each month, the highest production numbers
of any general aviation firm, world wide.
Consultants:
There are a number of
consultants involved in this project, and their help is greatly appreciated.
Martin
Holman P.E.; aircraft structures engineering. Martin's nationally recognized company has been contacted to take
the Funcraft product from concept through F.A.A. certification. As an F.A.A. designee, Martin's group is a cost effective
alternative to 'in house' engineering, and will provide the bulk of Funcraft's engineering needs. Martin's company is located
in Montery, Ca. To reduce the requirement for travel during the development stages, All Cad will provide much of the required
drafting, exchanging information through the internet. The airfoil used on this project was developed by Harry Ribblet,an
internationally recognized authority.
Carolyn

the start-up phase, establishing procedures and at a later date when Funcraft is fully staffed, Carolyn has agreed to act
as an independent auditor. Carolyn's company, located in Boise, has been rated
'Top Performer' in " Boise's Best" over the last several years.

firm has an A+ rating in Boise, in product liability and corporate law. We are
fortunate to have Donald as an advisor and his firm to represent Funcraft.
Shale Robison;

well as Boise's autocad distributor, Shale is uniquely qualified to transition
autocad drafters and other Funcraft staff to utilize the necessary software programs. Shale provided the autocad drawings
utilized in this business plan. By using All Cad, substantial engineering costs are reduced in the preliminary design stages
and later when production drawings are required.
Stace Schrader;
aircraft business/ production. Stace's company, Rocky Mountain Wings has entered into an understanding to provide the bulk
of Funcraft's production needs. This company has weathered the storms of this industry from the early-ninety's in the ultralight/
very light product line. Richard Seegmiller provided design input in their first product, and has maintained a good engineering
support relationship since. Stace provides industry leadership and reputation to Funcraft, necessary in the formative years.
